Radio, TV and digital media outlets can compete for an award.
PRIX EUROPA is a continental media competition and festival established by the European Parliament and the European Commission.
The competition will be held in 10 categories, including documentary, current affairs and online projects. In addition, the PRIX EUROPA Lifetime Achievement Award will be awarded to the European Journalist of the Year.
Winners will receive a trophy at the award ceremony Oct. 19 in Berlin.
The deadline is July 1.
