MOOC on data visualization available [Worldwide]

Anyone interested in data visualization can participate in this four-week course.
The Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas, through its Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), is offering the free course “Data visualization for storytelling and discovery” June 11 to July 8.
The course comprises four modules: an introduction to data visualization, data preparation and ethical considerations; how to use visualization to explore data and find stories; how to use visualization to communicate stories with audiences; and design a visualization based on topic and data set of your choice.
The instructor is Alberto Cairo, Knight Chair in Visual Journalism at the University of Miami.
The course is accessible to anyone with an internet connection.
