Grupo Salinas launches essay competition [Latin America, Spain]

Anyone interested can submit an essay to this contest
Mexico's Grupo Salinas announces the 13th edition of its essay contest "Caminos de la Libertad," which aims to promote discussion and understanding of freedom as a fundamental human right.
Essays must be original, in Spanish and have 5,250 to 14,000 words.
The contest has two categories: general public and students. The first has prizes of US$15,000, US$10,000 and US$5,000. There is a single prize in the student category of US$5,000.
The deadline is July 15.
