The Balkan Investigative Reporting Regional Network (BIRN) is hiring a regional network director to be based in one of its offices in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Romania or Serbia, with the opportunity of frequent travel around the region.
The director will help drive BIRN’s work, develop and implement new strategies and extend and build partnerships across the region and internationally.
Candidates must have at least five years of executive experience in the nonprofit sector, excellent English skills and knowledge of at least one language of the Balkans.
