The 30th annual SET Universitário, a conference organized by the School of Communications (FAMECOS, in Portuguese) at the Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, promotes the exchange of experiences between students, professors and professionals in journalism, advertising, cinema, audiovisual and design.
This event will take place from Sept. 25 to 29, featuring lectures and workshops, in addition to a college contest.
Students can apply in more than 40 categories, including news photography, opinion journalism, digital journalism, radio journalism, newspaper, magazine, television news and journalism entrepreneurship.
The winners in each category will receive a certificate and a trophy.
Registration is free. The deadline is Aug. 21.
