Professional and amateur filmmakers can submit their works to compete in this festival.
The Mobile Filmmaker's International Festival, organized with the support of Moskino, is part of the Mobile Filmmaker project.
Films must be from 1 to 60 minutes long. Entries not in English must include English subtitles. There are three categories: feature, documentary and musical films.
The winners in each category will receive prizes. The award ceremony will take place April 11, 2021, in Moscow.
The entry fee ranges from US$4 to US$100. Apply early to receive a discount.
The regular deadline is Feb. 10. The late deadline is March 10.
