Redes Cordiais offers course on social media, journalism [Brazil]

Journalists interested in improving their use of social media can participate in this online course in Portuguese.

Redes Cordiais and Instituto de Tecnologia e Sociedade do Rio de Janeiro, with the support of the Facebook Journalism Project, present the course "Social media and journalism: reducing risks and engaging audiences."

The course will be offered in four classes between July 14 and 23. The classes are "Social media at the service of the journalist", "Risk management for social media", "Digital hygiene" and "Law for journalists."

Registration is free. The deadline is July 14.
