Editorial cartoonists can enter this contest.
Civic association "Journalists" and the Soros Foundation-Kyrgyzstan are organizing the contest "Freedom of speech through the eyes of a cartoonist" in honor of
World Press Freedom Day.
Winners will receive diplomas and cash prizes of KGS10,000 to KGS30,000.
The deadline is April 17.
