Russian filmmakers can apply for this free training event.
The Goethe Institute and the State Museum Preserve "Rostov Kremlin" are organizing the DocTrain 2020, which will take place Sept. 10 to 17 in Rostov, Yaroslavl region.
The lineup of instructors includes award-winning screenwriters and directors Marina Razbezhkina and Arne Birkenstock.
The workshop will help participants improve their skills in editing documentary films and promoting them in the international film market. Training will be held in Russian as well as in German and English with translation into Russian.
The organizers will provide accommodation, meals and travel expenses.
The deadline is April 25.
