Registration ongoing for webinar on coronavirus outbreak [Worldwide]

Journalists concerned with the coronavirus coverage are invited to attend this free program.

The Center for Health Journalism at the University of Southern California will host the webinar "Get the story on the coronavirus crisis’" at 1 p.m. EST on Feb. 28.

The hourlong webinar will provide updates, context and insights for reporting responsibly on the coronavirus story.

The panelists are Emily Baumgaertner, a medical reporter for the Los Angeles Times; Dr. Seema Yasmin, a journalist, author, medical doctor and professor; and Dr. Michael Mina, M.D., Ph.D. is an assistant professor of epidemiology at Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health and a core member of the Center for Communicable Disease Dynamics (CCDD).
