Grants for journalism training available [UK]

British journalists from socially or ethnically diverse backgrounds can apply for a training grant.

The Journalism Diversity Fund offers grants to journalists attending courses with the National Council for the Training of Journalists (NCTJ).

Candidates must provide proof of application or have secured a place in an NCTJ accredited course during the  academic year.

Applicants must reside in the United Kingdom and have a genuine commitment to journalism.

The deadline to apply for the next group of bursaries is April 1.
