Photographers working on documentary projects in the Arab region can apply for a US$5,000 grant and mentorship.

The Arab Culture and Arts Fund and the Netherlands' Prince Claus Fund, in partnership with the Magnum Foundation, are running the Arab Documentary Photography Program.

The program aims to enhance documentary photography in the Arab region, training photographers, sharing stories and discovering new methods for engaging the audience.

Ten photographers will be selected to receive financial and professional support to complete their proposed photography projects.

Grantees are expected to work on their projects in their country over a period of eight months.
