Media professionals who have demonstrated excellence in working with visual storytelling and a commitment to effecting social change can apply for this fellowship.CatchLight, a California-based photography organization, seeks candidates for the 2020 CatchLight Fellowship.
The US$30,000 fellowship will be awarded to organizational leaders in the field of visual storytelling, visual storytellers and/or educators.
Fellows also receive mentorship, personalized project development and networking opportunities.
Candidates must submit a proposal outlining a project to be pursued in the course of the 12-month fellowship. A broad range of visual formats including photography, video, audio, motion, data visualization or VR will be accepted.
The deadline is Feb. 4.
