Vacancy: BBC offers Broadcast Operator Apprenticeship program (UK)

The BBC is accepting candidates for the 2020-21 Broadcast Operator Apprenticeship in Birmingham, London, Cardiff and Belfast.

The apprenticeship offers hands-on experience and qualification in the following areas: camera operations/floor management, TV vision mixing, radio sound operations, technical directing, sound & vision editing, shoot/edit multi-skilled operator, media managing, network monitoring, master control room operating and support technician.

Apprentices receive a starting salary of GBP14,250 or GBP18,932 if the placement is in London.

No previous work experience or training is required.

The deadline to apply is Dec. 15.
