Young journalists and graduates of other specialties can participate in this free program in September and October.Brazil's Folha de S. Paulo has launched its 2019 training program in health journalism.
The month long program will consist of daily reporting and news writing exercises, putting in practice Folha's editorial principles. Participants will learn about the process of building scientific knowledge, how to read and interpret a paper and how to understand medical statistics, among other topics.
Applicants must take an online exam.
The deadline is July 21.
