Mongabay is looking for a contributing editor who will focus on expanding its coverage of environmental and conservation news in Brazil.

The contributing editor will produce news and feature stories relevant to forests and land use in Portuguese and English, with a special focus on the Amazon and Cerrado biomes.

Candidates must have exceptional fluency in English and Portuguese, knowledge of environmental issues and familiarity with Microsoft Office, WordPress or similar, Google Drive, social media and Asana or similar.
