Freelance journalists who want to cover stories in the MENA region can apply for this remote position.The Reporter (Al Murrassel), a new independent media organization based in Washington, is looking for journalists, with experience or knowledge in producing high-quality, in-depth and slow reporting in Arabic.
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience and excellent command in Arabic as a mother language in addition to fluency in English.
The Reporter will offer financial compensation for the articles once approved for publishing. And It will hire the outstanding freelance reporters on a full-time, remote basis where they will be regularly paid to do the fact-based, slow reporting.
The deadline is June 20.
