Anyone interested in media literacy can access this free online course in Portuguese.

Instituto Palavra Aberta and Fundação Alberto Vanzolin offer the course "Media education and the National Curricular Joint Base (BNCC, in Portuguese)," which can be taken at any time.

The course is divided into four modules: communication as a right; the news media field; production and dissemination of information in the digital age; and brand communication and new marketing formats.

The total workload is 30 hours.
