School and university teachers, media trainers and media literacy experts from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan can participate in this seminar.The Internews in Central Asia is organizing a seminar on media literacy Jan. 24 to 26, 2019 in Astana, Kazakhstan.
Participants will work on developing projects aimed toward widespread media and digital literacy and critical thinking skills among journalism schools' students, middle and high school students, civil society activists and media professionals.
The authors of the five best projects will receive help in their development and implementation.
The deadline to apply is Dec. 14.
