ICFJ offers online course on money laundering [Latin America, Caribbean]

Journalists from Bolivia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Honduras, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Dominica, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Jamaica, Bahamas, Nicaragua, Panama,  Santa Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela can enroll in this course.

The International Center for Journalists (ICFJ), and the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project(OCCRP) are offering an online course on methods to investigate money laundering routes. The course will run Nov. 15 to Dec. 6.

Participants will learn how criminal financial infrastructures are established, what money laundering is and how it works across borders, how the international banking system is used by criminal organizations and more.

The deadline is Nov. 11.
