BBC seeks fluent Igbo Journalists [Nigeria]

Experienced journalists who are fluent in English and Igbo can apply for the position in Lagos.

The BBC World Service Africa is hiring a bilingual reporter to cover Nigeria and West Africa.

The journalist will work across all digital platforms to ensure that the Igbo Service output grows and engage actively with the audience. Some field reporting will occasionally be required.

Candidates must be skilled at delivering creative output on online platforms, including audio, video and text, understand the complexities of Nigeria and have knowledge of international affairs.

The deadline is Dec. 10.
