Disinformation, Governance Journalism Fellowship open [Southeast Asia]

Working journalists with at least five years of experience can apply for a fellowship.
The Southeast Asian Press Alliance (SEAPA) is accepting applications for the Disinformation and Governance Journalism Fellowship.
Fellows will contribute toward greater understanding of how disinformation networks operate and their impact in different contexts that affect human rights: public participation, religious, ethnic and cultural discrimination, gender rights, and freedom of expression and other civil liberties.
Journalists who are nationals of Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam are eligible.
Successful journalists will receive a maximum reporting grant of US$2,000 each to produce a story.
Submit a proposal by Sept. 10. The story must be completed by Nov. 20.
