Journalists from countries in crisis or war can apply to stay in Berlin for up to three months.
Reporters Without Borders Germany, in cooperation with taz Panter Foundation, will host one journalist September to November 2018 and another one March to May 2019.
The Rest and Refuge Scholarship will cover travel expenses, an apartment, pocket money and transportation in Berlin.
Participants must be able to communicate in basic English or German. They must have the intention to return to their country after the fellowship.
The deadline to apply is June 17.
