AIR offers scholarship for public radio conference [US]

Producers and program makers who self-identify as part of a minority group can apply for a scholarship.
AIR is accepting candidates for the New Voices Scholarships. The program seeks to identify and support minority media makers at the beginning of their public media careers.
This year, fellows will attend the 2018 Third Coast Conference, Oct. 4 to 6 in Chicago, where they will receive coaching, professional development support and structured networking with leaders in the industry.
The scholarship provides stipends ranging from US$500 to US$1,500.
The deadline is May 31.
