ProPublica offers Scholarship to attend conference [US]

High school, undergraduate and graduate students can apply for a conference scholarship.
ProPublica is selecting candidates for a scholarship to attend the conferences of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ), the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ), the Asian American Journalists Association (AAJA), the Native American Journalists Association (NAJA) and the Association of LGBTQ Journalists.
Twenty-need based scholarships are available. The total amount is US$700 and will be provided as a stipend at the conferences.
Both NAHJ and NAJA conferences will take place July 18 to 21 in Miami, Florida. The NABJ convention will be held Aug. 1 to 5 in Detroit, Michigan. The AAJA convention will be Aug. 8 to 11 in Houston, Texas. And the NLGJA convention is scheduled for Sept. 6 to 9 in Palm Springs, California.
The deadline is April 30.
