Professional and aspiring writers ages 20 to 29 can enter this contest.
The African Development Bank (AfDB) Group has launched the writing contest "The Africa of my dreams," highlighting Africa’s Industrialization.
The contest has two categories: media (unpublished journalistic pieces) and general (unpublished essays or creative writing pieces). Works must be in English or French and no longer than 1,000 words.
Four winners will receive an all-expense paid trip to attend the AfDB annual meetings in South Korea. Winners and runners-up in each category will also receive a laptop computer and tablets, respectively.
The deadline is March 26.
