Thomson Reuters organises gender equality, children trafficking workshop [Africa]

Journalists with experience covering human trafficking are invited to apply for this free program.
The Thomson Reuters Foundation, in collaboration with the Global Leadership Academy and the GIZ Sector Programme on Gender Equality and Women’s Rights, is organizing the lab "Unveil the hidden presence: trafficking in women and children." 
The program will take place June 25 and 28 in Nairobi, Kenya, and Nov. 10 to 13 in London.
The workshop will gather about 30 high-ranking participants from governments, media, business, academia and civil society to work on approaches to increase awareness on and prevent trafficking in women and children in Africa.
A limited number of travel scholarships is available for the face-to-face meetings.
The deadline is March 14.
