Thomson Reuters offers course on business development [Africa]

Journalists with at least three years of experience and a good English skills can apply to attend this free program.
The Thomson Reuters Foundation is offering the course "Africa rising reporting," as part of its Business and Financial Reporting program.
The course will take place March 19 to 21 in Nairobi, Kenya, exploring the opportunities being seized by businesses and individuals in Africa, as well as the costs and benefits of foreign investment.
Participants will learn the skills necessary to cover economic and business trends, including how to make the link between money and people, and where to find new stories and sources. 
The organizers will cover travel and subsistence costs of participating journalists from East and Southern Africa.
The deadline is Feb. 23.
