Professional and amateur photographers can enter this contest.
Wiki Loves Africa is an annual contest, hosted by the Wikimedia Foundation, where people across Africa can contribute photos about their environment to Wikimedia Commons for use on Wikipedia and other project websites of the foundation.
This year, the competition seeks submissions about people at work, including for special categories focusing on working women and fading traditional crafts or styles of working.
The first, second and third place winners will receive US$600, US$400 and US$200, in addition to a portable power pack. The photo essay prize consists of US$200 and additional prizes.
The deadline is Nov. 30.
