NewsU hosts webinar on trust-building strategies for journalists [Worldwide]

Journalists interested in learning about earning audience trust can attend this webinar. 

Poynter's News University will offer the webinar "Trust-Building Strategies for Journalists" at 2 p.m. EDT Oct. 26.

Participants will learn what news consumers say they want from their news; common mistakes journalists make that are barriers to trust; how to inject trust-building strategies into your day-to-day processes and products; and how to communicate your value in a way that demonstrates your credibility

The course instructor is engagement strategist Joy Mayer, a consulting fellow at the Reynolds Journalism and an adjunct faculty member at the Missouri School of Journalism and The Poynter Institute.
