Journalists who are interested in building their career in
specialized reporting can apply for a graduate degree fellowship in
Hawaii.
The East-West Center Graduate Degree
Fellowship funds master's and doctoral degrees for graduate students
from the Asia Pacific, Russia and the United States to attend the
University of Hawaii.
Fellows participate in educational and
research programs at the East-West Center, earning graduate certificate
programs in international cultural studies, politics, economics, environmental
change and more.
The fellowship covers tuition, fees,
residence hall costs, health insurance, book allowance and a partial living
stipend. The program begins August 2018.
The deadline to apply is Dec. 1.
