Thomson Reuters hosts training on sustainable development [Italy, Senegal, South Africa]

Image result for Thomson Reuters FoundationJournalists with less than five years of experience and midcareer journalists who have not covered sustainability and migration before are eligible for this free training.
The Thomson Reuters Foundation, in partnership with the United Nations Foundation, is organizing three workshops as part of its program on reporting sustainable development.
The workshops will take place Oct. 2 and 3 in Johannesburg, South Africa; Oct. 12 and 13 in Milan, Italy; and Oct. 17 and 18 in Dakar, Senegal.  
Participants will receive information, tools and strategies to understand the complex issues surrounding the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, especially in the context of migration.
Travel and accommodations will be not be covered. 
The deadline is Sept. 28 for the workshop in Johannesburg and Oct. 1 for the remaining cities.
