Russian filmmakers ages 30 and younger can enter a competition.
Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty is launching "Young and free," a short documentary contest focusing on the lives of the young generation in Russia.
Documentaries must be 6 to 12 minutes long and must be produced in the territory of the Russian Federation between Aug. 15 to Sept. 15, 2017.
The winner will receive a cash prize of RUB100,000.
The deadline is Oct. 5.
