Journalists, developers and designers are invited to this conference Sep. 13 to 15 in Buenos Aires.
The Hacks/Hackers Buenos Aires Media Party "Rebooting Journalism" brings together free software,open content, open knowledge and entrepreneurship to foster innovation.
In its sixth edition, the event will feature more than 30 international guest speakers — including guests from Condé Nast, The Washington Post, Chartbeat and Vox — workshops, mentorship, a media fair and a hackathon.
During the first two days, participants will attend lectures in the mornings with experts and learn about innovative tools and regional experiences. Afternoons are reserved for data journalism workshops,citizen journalism projects, interactive news, income generation, metrics and more. The hackathon will take place on the final day.
