The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications from qualified U.S. and Non-U.S. organizations for its grant program entitled “GDL Center for Digital Development”.
The objective of this award is to increase the use of and access to digital financial services, mobile and internet, and increase the use of data for strategic planning and adaptive programming within USAID missions, bureaus, and independent offices.
This award will allow USAID programs to make greater impact across its development portfolio by advancing digital tools and approaches in the areas of digital finance, digital inclusion, data analytics and visualization.
Funding Information
  • Award Ceiling: $75,000,000
  • Award Floor: $60,000,000
Eligibility Criteria
  • U.S. organizations, non-US organizations, non-profit, or for-profit entities may participate under this NFO. In accordance with 2 CFR 700.13 no funds will be paid as profit to any for-profit entity receiving or administering Federal financial assistance as a recipient or subrecipient.
  • USAID welcomes applications from organizations which have not previously received financial assistance from USAID.
  • Applicants must have established financial management, monitoring and evaluation processes, internal control systems, and policies and procedures that comply with established U.S. Government standards, laws, and regulations. The successful applicant will be subject to a responsibility determination assessment (Pre-award Survey) by the Agreement Officer (AO).
