UNDP hosts Open Data Media Camp [Romania]

Image result for Moldova Social Innovation LabInvestigative journalists, activists, NGO representatives and bloggers interested in open data, research and watchdog activities are invited to this event.
The UNDP's Moldova Social Innovation Lab (MiILab) will host the 2017 Open Data Media Camp Sept. 13 to 17. The exact location will be announced soon.
The program will feature capacity building activities, close mentoring, follow-up and interactive discussions focusing on work with data, value-finding and creation of stories using open data, technical skills for basic data manipulations, and more.
Six participants will be awarded with a US$1,000 fellowship, based on submission of a brief research proposal, and a four-day study visit in Slovakia to enhance their experience in using open data.
The event is free of charge, and accommodation, meals and transport costs are covered.
