The Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at Oxford University seeks applicants from Hong Kong for the Lion Rock Spirit Fellowship.
Fellows will spend two terms in Oxford where they join a diverse group of journalists from other parts of the world. Successful applicants will conduct research into issues important to their professional development as a journalist.
The fellowship covers program fees, a modest living allowance and travel expenses.
The deadline is July 28.
