Brazil's National Federation of Accounting Companies (Fenacon), with institutional support from the National Federation of Journalists (Fenaj), is accepting entries for the Fenacon Journalism Awards.
Topics should be related to tax burden reduction; debureaucratization; development and representativeness of the service sector and micro and small businesses; and innovation initiatives, professional education and social responsibility in the service sector.
Stories must have been published or broadcast between Aug. 1, 2016 and Sept. 19, 2017.
The categories are print and multimedia journalism (web, radio and TV), featuring BRL5,000 prizes to the winners of each category. There is also a BRL15,000 grand prize for the best overall work.
The deadline is Sept. 29.
