Webinar offers guidance on police violence, arrests of journalists [Worldwide]

The National Press Foundation hosts the hour long webinar "What to do if you are assaulted or arrested" at 1 p.m. EDT July 11.
Participants will learn how to respond when they are shoved up against a wall, arrested for shouting questions, evicted from public spaces or body-slammed by politicians.
The speakers are Kevin Goldberg, media lawyer with Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth and NPF Chairman, and John Donnelly, CQ Roll Call reporter; and others to be announced.
