IACHR offers internships and professional visits [Latin America]

Students and professionals in the areas of law, international relations, political science, journalism, social communication, languages, translation or other relevant disciplines can apply.
The Inter-American Court on Human Rights (IACHR) is organizing a new edition of its program of internships and professional practices in Costa Rica. Its aim is to show the professional community how the Inter-American System for the Protection of Human Rights works.
Interns and professional visitors will work directly with lawyers in the legal area of the Court. Their work will consist of investigating human rights issues, writing reports, analyzing international jurisprudence, indexing and mapping files and documents and more.
Selected candidates will not receive remuneration or accommodation, but they will be given accomodation options. The minimum stay is three months.
Th deadline is July 1 for the January to April 2018 program.
