FNPI organizes entrepreneurial, innovative journalism workshop [Latin America]

The Gabriel García Márquez Foundation for a New Iberoamerican Journalism (FNPI), the Development of Latin America (CAF) and SembraMedia organize the Latin American Annual Meeting of Entrepreneurial and Innovative Journalism July 13 to 15 in Lima, Peru.
The event will combine two different dynamics. Mornings will be dedicated to workshops aimed at improving and enhancing the design and development of media projects. The second dynamic, in the afternoons, will be open to the public and discuss ideas and innovative approaches with journalists and other professionals.
Thirty journalists will be elected. The cost of tuition is US$150. The organization will provide lodging, food and medical insurance. The trip to Peru will not be covered.
The deadline to apply is June 14.
