Professional and citizen journalists who cover environmental issues can enter this contest.
The Singapore Environment Council’s Asian Environmental Journalism Awards (AEJA) aim to recognize the best coverage of environmental journalism in Asia.
Categories include journalist of the year, young journalist, story of the year, media organization and photograph of the year.
Works must have been published or broadcast between July 1, 2016 and June 30, 2017. Articles in any language will be accepted, but an English translation must be submitted.
Winners will receive a trip to the award ceremony and journalism conference in Singapore.
The deadline is July 17.
