Workshop on innovations in agriculture for journalists available [US]

Journalists interested in the latest developments in food and agriculture apply for this training.

The National Press Foundation (NPF) is organizing the workshop "Innovations in food and agriculture" Sept. 15 to 18 in St. Louis. This training aims to recharge journalists' reporting on one of today’s most critical issues.

Participants will learn about gene editing and GMOs, high-tech agriculture, implementation of the 2018 farm bill, food waste and hunger, organic farming practices and more.

NPF will cover travel, lodging and most meals during the four-day program.

The deadline is July 16.
