The Prague supports Internship program [Eastern Europe, Central Asia]

Journalists, bloggers, activists and others can apply for this program.

The Prague Civil Society Center's program InterActions is accepting applications for internship support. The internships must be held September to December 2020, February to May 2021 or June to  August 2021.

Candidates must manage their own internship: propose the projects they are going to work on, choose the host organization, contact it and receive internship consent. Examples of projects include research, reports, articles and training.

The internship usually lasts one to two months. Applicants must submit a budget proposal of up to EUR4,000. A part of this money – EUR1,000 – will go to the receiving organization. The remaining money will cover travel, accommodation, meals, telephone, public transportation and other expenses.

The eligible countries are Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan as well as countries from Central Europe and the Baltics (Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovakia) and the Balkans (Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia).

The deadline is April 30.
