CACE organizes nonfiction writing competition [Africa]

Emerging African writers can compete for a US$500 prize.
The Center for African Cultural Excellence (CACE) is accepting entries for the Koffi Addo Writivism Prize for Nonfiction.
Entries must be 2,500 to 3,500 words long and in English. The story must be original and previously unpublished in any form except on the writer’s personal blog.
Shortlisted writers will be invited to attend the annual Writivism Festival in August in Kampala, Uganda.
The deadline is March 31.
