ABSW accepting entries for science journalism contest [UK]

Print, broadcast and online journalists can enter this contest.
The Association of British Science Writers (ABSW) is accepting entries for its awards, which aim to reward excellence in science, technology, engineering and mathematics journalism and writing.
The categories are feature, news item, scripted/edited TV program or online video, Royal Society Radio Prize, investigative journalism, best communication and reporting of science in a non-science context, science blog, newcomer, student science journalist, European Science Writer of the Year and Lifetime achievement awards (nominations made by the ABSW membership).  
Works must have been published or broadcast in 2017. 
The winners will receive EUR600, except in the newcomer and student science journalist categories, which are worth EUR200 each.
The deadline is Jan. 31.
