Environmental journalists with investigative reporting experience can apply for a grant.
GRID-Arendal's Environmental Crime Program is offering two grants of NOK25,000 (US$2,872) for investigative journalism project
Stories must focus on illegal logging or illegal fisheries. They should expose possible connections to organized crime or human rights in a country that is on the DAC list of Official Development Assistance (ODA) recipients.
The grants may cover out-of-pocket expenses such as travel, document retrieval, interviews, equipment rental and other documentation costs.
The deadline is June 16.
