Summary report of SCEEP project in Lagos communities by IPC with support of Actionaid/UKAID

Summary highlights and shared experiences on the use of Community Development Charter (CDC) and community organizing efforts by grass roots communities across six Lagos local government areas in engaging with government officials/administrators on community development aspirations under the SCEEP project implemented by IPC Lagos with the support of Actionaid Nigeria and UKAID/DFID.
